What Will Donations Be Used For?

Z.A.P. Bas-Saint-Laurent is a non-profit organization operated and managed by volunteers. However, to support the project and expand the network, we must incur expenses such as printing stickers to identify facilities registered with us, print informational or promotional material, maintain our servers, purchase equipment needed to install public access zones, etc. These costs are partly covered by the contribution each public access zone pays annually, but we rely on financial contributions to develop and improve the service of Z.A.P. Bas-Saint-Laurent.

I Thought You Said the Services of Z.A.P. Bas-Saint-Laurent Were Free?

Yes. The service is free and will remain free for its users. Free access is central to our mission. But when you make a donation, you demonstrate clearly that you support the project. It shows that you believe our initiative deserves to be supported and developed, as we ourselves are convinced that it does.

Is There a Minimum Amount I Can Donate?

No. That decision is entirely yours. We are as happy to receive a $2 donation as we are to receive a $100 donation. We suggest you make your donation based on what you feel the service offered by Z.A.P. Bas-Saint-Laurent is worth to you and the community here.

Thank you so much for your support!
